1994 CX Hatchback Trunk leaking

Well I can't find s**t on my issue, that I've researched anyhow. I just bought a 1994 Honda Civic Hatch (EG).. It's super clean but has some issues. Right now my main issue I want to fix is this: When it rains or I wash the car, water somehow gets in the back, not a lot but enough that I soak a rag... Not sure where to start.. Has seals and what not and they are still good so i don't think that is the issue.

Pull the trunk liners and check the left side vent. When you are washing the car water will run down the body and leak into the trunk from the vent pictured below. Ill be honest with you I havent looked in a 5th gen hatch in years so I dont remember if yours will have this or not. This is from my 6th gen Si.
