1995 Civic Coupe no RPM's in the speedometer?

Hello,

I don't know much about cars but I bought a 1995 civic yesterday because my accord just went on me. But it doesn't show RPM's. Is this normal? I've never seen that before. I've been looking around the internet and the speedometer should be showing RPM's but this car doesn't have it. Could this possibly have been an automatic before?

It's only been owned by two people. A student and a really old lady prior to that. I just dont see any of them converting it over to standard?

some civics dont have rpm gauges .
my 1994 civic cx does not have one .
get used to it lol .

depending on the trim they dont come with tachs
