1995 Civic Main Relay Probs

ok so my 95 civic has become demonized or something, it only starts at certain times no matter what the weather it just doesnt start but other times i can jump in it and it will start wether the car is warm or cold it doesnt matter the main relay is brand new it is my second one, and im still having problems my battery is ok all fuses are ok but i need help figuring out what exactly is wrong with my car i have had it for about a month and this started 3 weeks ago or so. Also Vehicle does have spark when cranked (cyl#1)


The car: 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe (Canadian Model) 1.5L 5Spd. AEM cam w/ adjustable timing gear, Spectre Cold Air Intake, Adjustable Springs, Hedman Header w/ full exhaust
