1996 Civic Ex Spark Plug Diagnosis

I just bought a 1996 Civic Ex with manual trans. and 130k miles. Dont know too much about the maimtanence history of the vehicle (all maintanence performed by owners uncle...) but the previous owner claims timing belt was recently replaced. I pulled the plugs and they looked pretty worn (see attached photos). All plugs had identical wear. Looking online this plug wear is charaterizes as being "too hot" and being a symptom of over advanced timing, lean fuel mix or vacuum leak. What do you guys think? Does this plug wear look abnormal and warrant concern? Might the plugs judt be really old and worn? If there is an issue what might the likely culprits with this wehicle? Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

Just to clarify, I've already replaced the plugs, im just wonder if their condition indicates anything else wrong with the engine which I should fix.

Just replace and recheck again in like your next oil change then you'll notice something....

basically im saying that those plugs may or may not be the ones he had been using. otherwords he put s**t ones in there before selling it. i always do, then keep the good plugs with me so i can use them in something or if i need a replacement plug.
