1996 honda civc won't start

My 1996 Honda Civic starts find and runs great in weather 40 degrees and up. Below 40 (or so) the engine turns over strong, fires (feeble) a couple times and then just turns over but wont start. Later in the day when the temperature rises...just into the 50's the car starts instantly and runs great. The battery is NOT the problem. Anybody got an idea as to the problem?

uhhhhh.....i dont think this thread goes here.....but you could try checking your antifreeze and your O2 sensor.
