1997 honda civic problems

i bought this honda 1997 honda civic dx and the check engine light came on i checked it it said tdc sensor so i changed my crankshaft sensor and my distributor now its telling me that its the camshaft sensor but i thought that was in my distributor so im stuck and dont know what to do. and when i come to a stop my car dies.
