I had replaced the block on my 1997 Honda Civic EX with y7 block and y8 head after car had been drowned. Now i have everything running right but when i connect the Vaccuum Hose from the cruise control to the back of the intake manifold it kills the engine it starts struggling. I have been to honda and they have no idea was hoping maybe someone could help me i was thinking it was the IAC. But i took off the TB and cleaned it out and cant figure this out.
