1998-1999 honda civic lx sedan grille suggestions please

i bought an aftermarket grille and have tried to fit it on twice and no luck. i believe that i ordered the wrong one so now im asking for help. I have a 99 civic lx sedan. its black so im looking for something that would just bolt on to the existing fender for the time being until i get around to a lip kit.

Well 96-98 and 99-00 use different grilles. And the grille doesn't connect to the fender

ok then i guess mine is 99-00. oops i meant to say bumper. lol sorry

no problem just a little correction so you knew
usually aftermarket grilles will not fit right, but some people get lucky too..
if it's a 99-00 grille it should somewhat fit but maybe will have gaps
did you have any pictures you could post?

i dont have any pics at the moment but when i get time to try and fit it again i will snap a few and show ya.
