1998 Civic EX Distributor

I've got a 1998 Honda Civic EX.
If the distributor went out, and I need to get a new one, a '97 distributor would be the same fit, right?
Also, when I went and looked at what's in my civic now it read TD 300, but when online all I see at TD 80, etc..?

i think it should work just make sure its d16y8 distributor

if yours is says td300 you might need that one cause that number means the internals are
different so if you get a td80 it mmight not work i just bought a dizzy today and there was
td80 and td94 the td94 would have been the wwrong one mine is a td80.
