1998 civic hatch help

Hi i just bought this civic and when i turn the wheel all the way it sounds like the wheel hits the fender or rubs it. What could i do to stop this. There stock tires.

Also are the silencers for the N1 exhaust legit on ebay. The ones for $30.00?

If it is rubbibg you could take your inner fenders out but i dont suggest that

are you sure they are the stock tire size?

and is the car lowered??
