i have 600 dollars and i own a 1999 honda civic ex what thing can i do to improve its performance i have an exhaust and a intake

Try to piece together a turbo kit I'd say... Hard with $600 though

Slamming it IS a performance upgrade :P

Lower centre of gravity = better grip + better wind resistance

Sounds good, you could also do some audio work instead if you want to enjoy a ride along with some good tunes =)

Yea other than boost, you're not going to notice a huge HP increase on a Y8 with other bolt on's.

Agreed, was one of the first things done to mine, think it increased my top speed by a couple of mph too, deffinately performs better, grips better at speed and gives better handling at 60mph+

Not to mention looks niuce to have your arches on your tyres (not litteraly, of course), though it makes speed bumps a whore, and here we have lots, especialy little square ones in the middle of a lane that are designed not to touch ambulances atc, but i have to drive between lanes or they try ripping my underside up >.>

30mm doesnt sound like much, but believe me, it is >.>
