1999 Civic - No A/C, Defroster, or Fan....help!

When you turn the fan knob on, nothing happens. The lights that are supposed to light up such as A/C, Rear Defrost, and Internal Air don't turn on either. I was thinking it was a fuse, but I cannot figure it out. I don't see a burnt fuse. Can anyone help me troubleshoot? I figure if the heater fan was bad, I would still get the led's on the panel. Please help!

did you check all fuses under hood and under dash

I checked all the fuses in the interior, I will recheck each one in the exterior. Could a relay switch control the power to that area?

No luck, all the fuses are ok. Any other ideas to start?

Does the heater control assembly control that area? Please help guys!

Sounds like one of the connectors is loose or not plugged in.

Check your relays in the under hood fuse box.
