1999 Civic Si (need opinion)

My 1999 Civic Type R is in good shape. I want to get a new 07-08 Civic Type R (if I can afford it). The transmission gears get stuck when shift. Loud noise. Dose any one know what it could be? Should I keep my Civic or trade it for new?

What country are you in that you can get a Type R if you have an Si?

Most countries that have Type-Rs dont tend to have Si's.....

alot of us have problems with our syncronizers going out causing the transmission to grind
