1999 Honda Civic Problems

I have a 1999 HONDA Civic GF-EK3 ferio, Vi 3stage v-tec, d15b engine, when I'm driving and i take my foot off the X the revs drop fast and then bounce back up, when im driving my revs bounce slightly, also when i stop or slow down I need to slowly ease onto the X or the car kicks off or vibrates.... HELP PLEASE!!!

What about when the car is idling, do the RPMs fluctuate then as well? Sounds like you might have a vacuum leak somewhere if that's the case.

yes, sometimes it fluctuates when in idle, but can a vacume leak cover all the other problems i mentioned? and thanks by the way

By X you mean gas, right? Sounds like a vacuum leak and also possibly bad motor mounts
