1999 short ram intake

ok guys i got a really cheap intake form k2 motors and i put it on this after noon and i have 2 vacum lines but i only have 1 on my intake do i plug one off or what

the vavle cover one it dont suck much air but the bottom one sucks alot

just put a little mini me filter on the tiny hole comming of off of the valve cover.
