1999 si Belt shredding. Need pics of pulley set up

hello
I have 99 civic si and couple days ago a weird noise started to come from belts. I thought since it rained it might be because of that. But then i noticed a pulley came loose and belt was slowly shredding. It would really help to see a picture of the pulley set up so i know what bolt/nut/ washer i need before i put it all back tomorrow.
