Hello,

I recently bought a 760 W 2 chanel Pioneer amp on ebay. My friend is helping me out installing it ( I know next to nothing about it), and he said that since its only 2 channel, that I can only power 2 of the four speakers and that I'll have to buy a 2nd 2 channel amp for the other 2 speakers. Is this true or could I just wire 2 speakers into each amp port?

Thanks

you could do that but i believe that would lower your ohm rating which i dont' think the pioneer can handle, i would personally use that for just subs and buy a 2nd amp 4 channel, lot easier and less strain on the amp

the pioneer amp can handle two ohms stereo. You can run all four you will just lose fading control
