2000 civic dx squeal sound (video included)

My friend sent me this video of his car asking for my help. Anyone know what it could be? Thinking maybe a bad drive belt pulley?

have you checked with the hood open to see if you can visibly see where its coming from?

I find you can troubleshoot better when you open the hood.
Just a suggestion.

A sound that horribly loud will be easy to narrow down the area of origin. I find it bad that not only is he too lazy to open the hood but he cant even sign up and create his own account to post it himself. Your middle man job is going to suck.

Like everyone said, it's going to be easier to narrow down the problem if the hood is open.
On a different note, some suggestions of the problem could be squeaky belts, harmonic balancer going out (when mine did it sounded somewhat like this actually), etc.
