2000 civic intake

okay so i already bought an aem intake online. its kinda late (considering i already bought it) but can someone tell me if they have used this intake and does it have a slot for the MAF sensor?

by the way, the model code is aem intake: 22-401B.

if you bought the intake for a 96-00 model then you are fine. I know it's too late but you could have bought a cheap ebay intake, then replace the air filter with a nice k&n filter for about half the price.

yeah it said it was specifically for the 1996-2000 civic ex. but i have seen some out there that do not have a maf sensor.

You dont need a MAF sensor on the intake. All you need is the little hole for the Intake Air Temperature sensor, and another hole that leads a 5/16 hose to the valve cover.
