2000 civic Si horn don't work

So my horn went out or should I say my clock spring. Is there any way to by pass It with out installing an after market steering wheel? I just want the horn to work, I don't care about the srs or the cruise control. I've seen threads about ressetting srs but I tried that and my horn still don't work so I know it's my cable reel/ clock spring. I don't want to pay Honda $300 for a new one nor could I find one online anywhere for cheaper...

Some one please hook me up

I know some people are going to say use the search button I did and couldn't find anything.

check on ebay bro they got clocksprings for cheap.. still need to replace mine as well ( luckily my horn does work ) lol
or hit up a junkyard for a clockspring.. dont know how hard they are to remove but jus throwin it out there.. goodluck
