2000 Civic VP DX-V Question... Floor Harness..

I have a 2000 4door value package... the thing is.. i want to add the power mirror w/ tweeter setup..
1st I was wondering if the tweeter pod on the ex/si would fit in the 4 doors
2nd I was wondering if the floor harness in the VP is already setup to accept Power windows, Mirrors..etc.. SINCE, it already has Power Locks w/ switch & keyless entry standard in the VP model... but windows, mirrors are manual...
3rd.. does the 4 Door EX have tweeter pods in em??

.i just bought this baby .. 30k miles, $3,000, front end damage, almost finished..just needs paint and radiator spot welds
