2000 dx: Where is fuse for obd2 scan tool data link connector?

ok i went to hook up the scan tool to my obd2 port and the tool said "scanner must be connected to car to read code" and it was plugged in with the car in the on position soo the guy at advanced auto parts told me the fuse is blown for the obd2 port witch is causing it not to see it and i cant find that fuse for s**t does anybody know where it is? iv looked under the hood under the dash and over the internet and i cant find s**t on a obd2 fuse..is there even one?....if anybody could tell me where it is (if there is one) would be great...thanks for all the help

7.5A fuse 43 under the hood. This fuse also protects circuits for the ceiling and trunk lights.
