God I hate seeing f**k tards like you spew off at the mouth which makes me hate owning a honda sometimes.
Listen dude was right you don't have a EK, go check your vin #.
A swap is a swap. It's not hard. The k-series website posted will help you out in a lot of questions. There are multiple companies making mounting kits. Each one is different. Go check out reviews on the mount kits. You will need to make holes for the shifter box and cables since this is a cable tranny.
There is a company out there that makes a plug in play harness for you. You ship them your harness, they modify it you plug it up. Simple, unless you are good at wiring like me you can do it yourself. You need a custom header, there are companies making the headers already for a bolt on application. You need to move your radiator over to the other side.
You need custom axles, which are also made for a direct bolt in. Also for a ecu go with the kpro. It will make life a lot easier.
Also you will need a EM2 k20 pulley but you can read about that on the k20 site.
Thats the gist of the swap. Good luck on the swap. I have a friend running a k20a with a super charger running 11.8's right now. Pretty fast car. It's not tuned and running stock fuel setup. Once he gets that done it should be even faster.
Oh and your remarks with ls/vtec, thats a good setup to run. I had one running 11.5 compression and was pretty decent for all motor. Now I am boosting a d-series and I guarantee I am putting down the same numbers as your k20 swap but I spent way less. So k20 isn't the greatest thing since peanut butter and jelly but if you have the money and want to be in the k20 fad then go for it. If I found a k20 for cheap I would do but I won't pay what the normal prices are now. I can build a b-series that would be a lot better.
