2000 ex tranny problems

i have a 2000 ex 5 speed and my car will not stay in second and third gear it will just pop right out if i dont hold it,and i also break axels all the time and again cannot figure this problem out so i was just wondering if anyone else was having these problems

What do you mean break axles all the time?
Sounds like my tranny I had in my crx.....Syncros are out or going out in second and third, thats what I was told was wrong with mine.
