2000 si running rough

I'm getting alot of codes
p0301 302 303 304(misfires in all cylinders)
p0171(lean)
p0172(rich)
p0505 idle air control systems
p1362 TDC sensor 1 no pulse
p0131 o2 sensor low voltage

So the car runs a little rough when cold, and when it warms up it runs really rough, feeling like it wants to give out sometimes, but has not died on me yet. Runs the roughest when in idle.

Really, Im just trying to get opinions on if these codes(iacv, tdc sensor, o2 sensor) can cause the car to run rough like this, and how i should go towards diagnostics, and things outside of the codes i should look for.

So far i tested the tdc sensor in the distributor, and its reading low. Can a bad tdc cause misfires and rough running?

next ill check for vacuum leaks, check the iacv and check the o2 sensor.
Any advice?

That many simultaneous ignition-related codes tells me its likely one singular issue, most likely in the distributor. If you cant get your hands on that lone sensor for a reasonable price then swap that out first and inspect the distributor rotor & cap along with the spark plugs & wires. However, if you're up there on miles and have the funds then you should consider just swapping in a new or less-mileage distributor. When the inner seal goes bad and begins leaking into the dizzy it usually requires you to change the complete distributor, in part because that seal is difficult to successfully replace. Its something to consider given that changing out the distributor internals may lead to other components becoming damaged in the process.
