No. '99-'05 is the same plug. You'll need a conversion harness. Basically what you do is get the plug that goes to the CD player (ie, get the part of the dash harness) and use another wire harness that works with your model car and wire the two together.
At least that's what an audio shop did for my '98 to have a '99-'00 Si radio in it. Cost me a grand total of $16 and looks clean.
