2001 honda civic ex, misfire cilynder 1

I have a 2001 civic, around three months ago it broke down and a crankshaft sensor was replace! since then it has been overheating, change water pump timing belt, thermostat, radiator cap, and now the light came on and it has a misfire cylinder code, coolant is over-floating on my reservoir bottle! also i can feel it missing when driving, and when idle sometimes the RPM goes down to almost zero, any suggestions?

Did you air out the cooling system, change the radiator, the last time you had a tune up, and which Cyl is missfiring.
Also I'm going to go out on a limb and say you have a month Before that headgasket gone, that is if you are a light travler.
