2003 Honda Civic Brakes Problems

I have an ongoing problem with my 2003 Honda Civic. About a month ago I was driving the car and it felt like the emergency brake was on, but it was not. My mechanic changed the front pads, the calipers, the master cylinder and flushed all the old brake fluids and the car was ok. Then, the other day he changed the rear pads and I did not drive the car for 3 days but when I did the problem started again. It felt like driving a car with the emergency brakes on. Anybody knows what happen?

Seeing how all of that is brand new. Either the break system wasn't calibrated correctly or the emergency break line is too tight

Since he only changed the rear pads, it may be your rear calipers. The piston seizes a lot easier than you would expect. Or your ebrake lines are too tight, you should take it back to the mechanic. Otherwise to loosen the lines you need to take off the back center console/armrest and loosen the nut where the lines meet a metal plate. Hope this helps
