2004 Civic Lx Ignition

Just recently, 3 days ago, my Honda Civic Lx (2004) started having issues starting. The key turns but all it does is click. Usually if I try it about 4 or 5 times, then it will start up normally. The battery is brand new so I knew it wasn't that and so are the cables. Can anybody help me out here? Please and thank you!

Sounds like a possible starter problem. Where is the "click" coming from? Under the hood I suspect. Just to be sure, you're not hearing the engine cranking and cranking, just a click click click sound? Hard to diagnose "sound" problems over the internet but...
