2008 Honda Civc-Odometer does not display

Hello,

I have 2008 Honda Civic DX, my mechanic changed the alternator belt and did a oil change but forgot to reset the oil indicator. I reset the oil indicator but now the odometer does not display when I cycle through the Sel/Reset button. Trip A and B are displayed.

I need some help on why the odometer is not displaying.

As far as I know its supposed to go back to the odometer screen after the oil life resets. On the left side where the odometer usually is displayed is it just blank?
