2009 Civic Si Muffler Stock .

Opinions on the stock 2009 Civic Si Muffler.

I've found a wrecked 09 Civic Si in my area for part out.

How much do they normally go for? the car mileage is 68k.

Will it fit on the 93 Civic Dx Coupe

how much are you looking to spend? 50-150. by fit what do you mean? cut/weld/go...yes you can, and how far back are you looking to add to it? exhaust? and why not buy an aftermarket one?

Didn't we already go through all this? Yes it will fit. Your local muffler shop can weld anything on that you want to run. Just go to them and tell them what you want. The amount of money you are going to spend to buy a used muffler then have it welded you would be cheaper to run something they already have on hand. That or it is going to be close to the same amount.

Guy said he will sell it for 80$ and then suggested a shop which can weld for 40$. should i take it?

For a stock muffler, I guess I can say yes since you might be able to save maybe $20. Like lethal 6 stated. unless you can get a killer deal, you will end up paying almost the equivalent of buying a new muffler that they can install then and there with a variety to choose from.

If you buy it for 50, you will have to take it to get welded. This can range from 40-75 cash...depending on where you are it is more or less. That raises your overall cost to 100-135.Depending on the shop and brand you decide on, for slightly more or for that exact cash you can choose to buy 1 of an assortment of new mufflers that they can install then and there and at the styling you want.

I guess you're right. if he agrees around 40 then I'll take it. If not, I'll look around for some good aftermarket brand.
