2012 Honda Civic EX : SiriusXM Radio

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX. This week the Honda dealer has scheduled to install SiriusXM into my car. I keep reading in the owner manual and on Honda Ownerlink, that if you install the SiriusXM radio, it has to come with the navigation.

So here is my question : when they install the SiriusXM can they just build it into the existing radio, or will they have to add the navigation with it?
