3rd gen accord

As some of you know I'm og on this board (kind of) yet never had a car (im 17). So I've been looking around and my moms friend just replaced the water pump in her 3rd gen accord hatchback 5spd and now it wont start. So shes towing it to the scrap yard and i told her to tow it to my place. Long story short im getting the car for free and i have a feeling its somthing minor. the body has a small amout of rust and the back seat has a few small rips. I'm sooooooo f**kin excited for this car to get here!!! I will post pics as soon as it gets to my driveway

nope, there's hatchies too. they look kinda like an AE86 hatch.

neat.. accord hatches so should have been rwd.. I see them from time to time, but usually in "s**t" condition sadly..

honeslty i like it, though it needs lowered a little, ok alot, but still looks nice, and yeah they do remind me of a AE86 also.

Yeah i've been having nothing but problems becuse as i said before i am getting hooked up through my mom so its hard to get my message across. I dont know...whatever happenes, happens its for free so its not my loss
Just found out i may have to pay the tow fee to get it to my place. once i get it runnin i want to get it pretty reliable. i got plans for a 2500 km road trip

so this fell throug,h i went to go see it yesterday and took a detailed look and its a heap. the driverside carpet is completely missing and replaced with cream coloured household carpet (the interiour is blue)the back seat has a rust hole through the floorboards. she had a piece or plywood covering it with a "welcome" mat. the engine was f**ked..i could get some work time in on it but its carbed and i really dont feel like playing wiht that. yeah so whatever im back to my quest to find a civic in my price range.

hahaha, my very first car was a 1983 accord hatchback....that little thing took a lickin and kept on tickin it ran like a champ right until that split second i ran it into a tree

my brother has a 4dr, runs 17s with stock motor, check out www.3geez.com, there is a 2dr coupe on that site with a B16a (JDM) he ran 16.2 i think.

Yeah i did some research on the accord before when i thought i was getting it and there are a lot of nice accords on 3geez.com
