4 Door Suspension Question

I have a 99 EX 4 Door and I'm looking into different suspension options for it. I have stock wheels on it now, and don't really want to drop big bucks on new rims/tires. So, with that in mind, what would the best suspension setup be if I'd like to get a little more aggressive stance from my car. If I do get new rims, I think I'd get 15's (I have 14's stock now), so I wouldn't have to buy a much lower profile tire.

Also, if I upgraded my shock/spring combination, would new LCAs, subframe brace, etc be necessary?

I've searched around a little bit on this already, however, seem to find mostly stuff for coupe and hatch setups.

Suggestions? Trying to ball on a budget here as well...thanks!

It doesn't make a difference that it's a sedan.

How about the LCAs and subframe brace?

I'd do tokico blues with h&r springs. Smoothest ride you will have for the buck. Also you can get some camber kits n blox lca.
Whatever you do, don't cut your stock springs n turn your car into a rice mobile.
