after selling my truck i was looking for a supra i found this one in NJ for 1500 bucks. i went up and looked at it. drove it around liked it and got it. drove it back from NJ with a hole in the charge pipe so i kept hitting boost cut in other words i had to go slow the whole way home not fun.
OK the car its a 87 Toyota supra turbo has target top its also a speed.
the car has about 173xxx mile on it.
the body is in rough shape
the interior is in rough shape
the motor runs good has trouble starting and idling
after about 7 hours of having it on the road i raced my friend and blew 2secend gear out . then on the way home i lost first so i pulled the tranny out and im now waiting to find one.
right now im keeping it at about 6-7psi stock so i dont blow the head gasket cleaning the engine bay cuz its caked with grease and putting a new front mount on it and bov.

if i got ahold of a clean one of those supras and it had that blue or red interior i would guy that mother completely and have it professionally changed to black or dark grey or something

i got a friend bout one of those for 150 with a pretty mint body but the valves were bent had so much potentioal that was 2 years ago still sitting in his garage nice pick up though those things are fun

i dont mind the blue interior i kinda like it my first civic had the same color interior. the interior isnt to bad just some rips and cracks. the body as i look at it more i find some more rust. but other then that its straight. no updates i should be going to pick up a tranny this weekend ill get some more pics when i get some battery's

well went and got the tranny saterday. just got it in and bolted up today after 2 hours or yelling and talking dirty to it (WORKING ON THE GROUND SUCKS) lined up and i got the bolts in. still need piping cuplers and oild lines and i need to do some nic nack stuff. but other then that it should be driving soon

thanks....well went to start it and my battery is dead so i tryed to charge it and my charger said its bad and wont hold a charge so i guess i gotta buy one
