5th gen hatch cat back interchangeable with 6th gen hatch?

i have a 5th gen full apexi n1 catback with skunk2 test pipe, anyone know if it'll bolt up to a 96-00 hatch?

i would say i doubt it but i made a 4th generation fit my old eg6
