5th gen to 6th gen ... Will it work ???

i have some questions will the rear disc conversion off of a 95 4door civic ex work on a 96 civic coupe for a rear conversion?

Also will the power folding mirrors off of the same 95 4door go on to the 6th gen coupe.if so are mods required?
