or just go with some nice eibach lowering springs, they are very affordable and you might not have to replace the shocks with a 1.5" drop

You have a nice piece of fabric to work with. I'd lose the black steel wheels first. Unless they're winter tires I guess. If not, go buy some stock Civic DX wheel covers to hide the black because the wannabe Spoon wheel thing has been done to death.
Too bad you already have a fart-pipe on there. With a D15 under the hood, you're gaining maybe 1 whp with it and just making the car sound like a leaf blower that's out of tune everywhere you go.
If you're serious about making it a competitive tuner car, ditch that motor. If not, have fun with it anyway.
