6.5 in speakers

this may sound stupid but how do you install 6.5 speakers in a 96 civic......what happens to the wire harness????

cut and splice, or get a metra harness, its easy as hell

It's ez and if you get some quality coax's the music will sound much better.

sweet i just went and bought the harness, so much easier then trying to cut and splice....thanks for the info

quick question, what kind of 6.5s r u putting in? you have to make sure that the clearance will be okay, i put infiniti 6.1s in and the magnet hit my mirror, i had to use mdf and space the the speakers out, so i had the clearance
