6gen speedo and needle

Hi guys,
I have a question, maybe it has been asked several times before, but I only found answer to bulb change. That's fine, but I have an extra question in connection with gauges. The needles. I would like to make them red, and not with paint but some kind of light. Anybody with a good answer how to do it?

get a new gauge lol, i have look and tried a few times to replace my needle, but everyone i have ever talked to has said that once you take it off(if it doesn't brake while your doing it), it will probably not want to go back on, and even if it does, it wont work right. idk, i put some UV leds in my gauge that shine from the top, it makes the white fluorescent and it really pops, but to get a needle that lights up red you would have to put in a new speedometer with a red needle, though i have never seen anything like that available. just dont take your needle off, it will all end in tears if you do..

there are two bulbs up top that are white. you can probably use red bulbs to make it work out
