Well ok I took out my old torn seats an want to put the new seats i got now outta a 98 civic in mine but 3 outta 4 bolt holes line up..an in the stock position the back partion of the seat sits up about 3 in then the 5th gen seats..so I want to move the seat back about 3 or 4 in an drop it to the floor....but still like to keep the sliders. Don't really care if I weld the seats in at one position if I still use the sliders. any ideas anybody

You will need to use the 6th gen rails as far as I know and screw/weld THOSE into the frame.....

Well I got them into my my car... just took the rails of the 6 Gen seat an my 5 Gen, an put the 5 gen on the 6 gen seat had to drill a hole cause on the 5 gen has 3 spots an the 6th gen has 2.. there is about a .5 inch difference in rails to how they bolt well for the hight anyway..but they are in an sit almost as low as the 5 gen seats just a little more padding an stiffer..$50 for 2 brand new seats not bad
