I'm not 100% sure but i would say no, awhile back I was set on keeping my factory radio and couldn't find the "9 pin" cord that would go from the factory radio to the cd or tape player. It just doesnt look like it would fit imo...

No, Wont work with factory. Factory is factory for a reason. The auto makers keep making it harder and harder for aftermarket companies to have replacements for the substandard inferior radios they keep designing for cars. Not too much will work with factory radios nowadays. I would recommend replacing your headunit and stock speakers to ones that can handle being turned up while having wind noise from the windows being open doing 65mph and still be able to hear the music clearly. For around 300 and an afternoon installing it. Youll be amazed with the results! (your results may vary! LOL)

Also... this is from your site you posted>>ALP/M-RCA adapter cable to allow you to connect one auxiliary audio source (MP3 player, iPod, DVD player, etc.) to any Alpine Versatile-Link™-ready M-bus head unit

So that little device will work only with alpine heads.
