on my new/used 1986 crx, my PGM-FI light stays on .. so i am assuming that this is because the main relay is messed up. I turn the key to on possition, and the light comes on and stays on. I hear no clicking from the relay. I opened it up, and all of the solder joints seem okay. no cracks. I looked closer, and on the one edge theres brown stuff (on the green board) .. It also smells like something burnt in it.. almost like new electronic smell? Is this relay due for a change? Thanks in advance!
