88-91 gauge cluster question

I've got a 89 civic dx hatch and got a buddy selling a 90 Si hatch gauge cluster.are they if n play or what needs to be done?

This is my first old school...I've only built a few ek's and that's usually all familiar with

Base model dx doesn't come with a tach...sucks lol

Any help? Thank you much

Im not positive, but it should plug in

Yes it plugs in and everything shouldwork as long as the car has no problems
