89 civic hatch won't start

My civic won't start. It's turning over just fine, but won't actually fire. I have a feeling it's the fuel pump, but if that's not the problem, what else could it be?

When you turn your key to ACC, can you hear the fuel pump prime?

No, I checked that earlier, I know for a fact that its gone. But if that's not the only issue, what else could be wrong?

I don't know for 100%, but do EF's have main relays? I've had a few and I don't even know (shameful I know). I assume they do. The main relay is what controls your fuel. It should be located near your left knee behind the dash. Google it
