My Car was in the garage for a week with a low charge battery. I decided to pull it out and jump it today and didn't notice the keys were in and turned forward. The car that was jumping it was running when i connected the cable to the dead battery then that's when the horn went off and didn't stop until i disconnected the cables. I sent my battery to get charge and will have it tomorrow but i'm wondering what could be wrong with my car. Can anyone give me an idea on what is causing the horn to go off? What is Shorted? Where can i find the parts that need to be replaced? What are the parts that are possibly damaged? Thanks!:tehdrunksaur:

when you go get you're battery, buy a manual for you're car or find the fuse box diagrams for it on google images. should not take to long. The in-car fuse box and the under-hood fuse box is where i would start checking things.

Yes, that is blown. There is not supposed to be a gap in the metal.

Good news!! My Civic is not brain dead. Now that i figured out hot to post photos, i'm going to post a new tread of some nasty Honda civic auto body repair shots. I don't even feel good exposing my car in this condition.
