90 b18a1 in 2000 civic?

so i have done alot of research, and i have concluded a b16 stock is $1500, A fully built and boosted on 20lbs b18a1 is $2000 (including buying a tranny), i have the 90 LS motor minus tranny, now i just need the parts, i want to swap it into my 2000 civic hatch, is it possible? am i crazy? help me out! and my pricing is according to ebay b16 and LS parts i found on ebay, please dont critisize me on my pricing but more so assume my prices are correct and please answer my questions.

I'm in the process of a turbo ls/vtec build and I can't wait to feel it! Get yourself a vtec head for it and build that thing!
