9003 bulbs what's the best

Anyone ever driving done the road and flash someone else cause there lights are so bright you can't see an its on low beam ( dumb question rite lol) anyway I want those lights super blue or the whites but what are they called an which one is the best or which bulb # do I need .... thanks for the help

I think you're referring to HID's. You can get cheap kits on eBay that won't last long, or get a good name kit elsewhere online.

Well I've seen a lot of HID's and I've never had a problem with being blinded, especially not with blue. I know what you're talking about though. It seems like a lot of stock newer luxery cars come with them like newer 4runners for example.

its illegal to put HID's on a stock hallogen houseing you need a lens to cut off the light!
