i like the kinda blue/white look.

i like when the chrome reflects blue in the day, and the light is white at night.

do you know what i mean?

Thats what the Sylvania bulbs do, and they last just as long as the stock lights that came with your car...but are Whitish/blue

They cost about $27 Candian each over here..... should be $20 for you

just make sure not to touch the bulb with your fingers

i know you're not supposed to touch any bulb but is there a specific reason on the sylvanias?

Hids are illeagl to start with, retro fitting is too. Only Legal hid kit is from oem, can't put hids from other cars into yours, or buy from a site or a dealer, that's why Phillips and others don't have HID up for sale on their site, but have a # you can call to get em, but only for off road use only.

Go Get Silverstars, Phillips All Season Vision bulbs, or some PIAA's

Get some silverstars and call it a day. I have a set as my back up bulbs. I currently run with "Farenheit" brand. They give that look you want. Blue in the housing during day and nice white light.

nope, any headlight bulbs you can not touch the glass. B/c of oil/greese from your hands, it doesn't seem much, but even a little fingerprint will make your bulbs life shorter. If you think you'll touch the glass or even hit it somewhere when installing, i'll advise you to take the headlights off and install it. I wouldn't take any risk on them, and i belive faulty installation doesn't cover under warranty just my 2cent

yea it sucks it was blinding people, but IMO BMW 7series blinds the f**k out of me. Cuz if US Gov made HIDS illegal from factory cars that comes with it, man you know Benz, BMW, Lexus and others will do something about it, if not they'll lose some money IMO
