91 ef shell is it worth it?

hi everyone i just wanna know if what i might buy is worth what he wants, but im gonna be buying a 91 ef hatch its a rolling shell with no interior execpt 2 pepboys racing seats that he said are worth 50 a piece, he wants 400 for the shell and wont sell it to me for less then 400 so do you guys think a gutted ef shell with the 2 seats and needs a little bit of body work is worth 400? i dont want to be wasting money so thanks

i dunno man, looks like it needs a ton of work for 400 bucks, hell you can find a nice one for 900-1200 bucks

i plan on getting it pro. painted inside and out and then putting an ls in it eventually do a full h22 swap but thats not for atleast a year or so
